AVAILABILITY

    When should you order?? ASAP!!!! Harans does book out for weekend dates well in advance & very fast especially for wedding cake spots which are limited per weekend. We work on a first in first serves basis.

    PICK UP / DELIVERY

      Our desserts / cakes are available for pick up from our shop front located @ 32 Fitzmaurice Street, Wagga Wagga. All desserts will be available for pick up from 10am onwards unless advised a different time. Please be aware our shop shuts at 4pm.

      Delivery is only available for wedding cakes & 3 tier celebration cakes (as they need assembling at premises). Delivery is free & available within the Wagga area.

      We hold no responsibility for your products once delivered or picked up, so please store & transport correctly.

      CURRENCY AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

      All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our price list at any time without prior notice.

      We do not store any Credit card details at all, and we use a secure Third-Party Provider to process all credit card transactions.

      DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS 

      Images with our products have been provided for illustrative purposes only and Harans Patisserie does not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to the product. Products decorations may change slightly due to seasonality and unavailability of produce.

      ORDERING PRODUCTS

      When ordering from us you will be required to provide your name, address, email address, telephone contact details and credit card information. We undertake to take due care with this information however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus.

      Large orders should be ordered at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. If only ordering a small amount we will only need 4 day's notice.

      Please note a limited selection of fresh cakes are available for order through our online store but they must be collected from Harans Patisserie 32 Fitzmaurice Street, Wagga Wagga.

      CANCELLATIONS

      If you decide to cancel your order within 48hrs of pick up your payment will not be refunded.

      Harans Patisserie holds the right to cancel any orders if unforeseen circumstances occur that stop us from for filling orders.

      CHANGES

      Any changes made to your order within 5 days of collection or delivery may incur a surcharge depending on the change request. In most instances we can accommodate changes, however at times it is just not possible.

      TRANSPORTATION AND LIMITATION LIABILITY

      It Is important to remember that your Harans Patisserie cake is delicate and perishable product. To ensure the quality of your cake is not compromised during transportation, we recommend that you always keep your cake box flat and avoid placing in direct sunlight. The floor or boot of your care is the best place and ensure your box is secure and will not slide around.

      Once you have collected and accepted your cake, it is important to follow these instructions as Harans Patisserie will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused or change of mind caused once the product has left our store.

      To ensure your dessert remains in optimum condition, it is recommended that it be stored at 3 – 5C. If stored correctly your cake will look and taste fantastic for two days, after that time you may see deterioration to its finish, but it will be delicious for another 3 days.

      We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you uprising from any wedding cake, cake or other products supplied.

      Our desserts / cakes are available for pick up from our shop front located @ 32 Fitzmaurice Street, Wagga Wagga. All desserts will be available for pick up from 9am onwards unless advised a different time. Please be aware our shop shuts at 4pm.

      Delivery is only available for wedding cakes & 3 tier celebration cakes (as they need assembling at premises). Delivery may require a fee depending on location of event.

      PORTIONING YOUR CAKE/DESSERT

      We recommend that you cut your cake with a sharp knife that has been warmed in hot water and dried before using. To achieve professional results, repeat this process every time you wish to cut a portion.

      NUTS & OTHER ALLERGIES

      Please be advised that due to warnings on some of the ingredients used at Harans Patisserie there may be traces of nuts, soy, wheat & eggs in all our products.

      DO YOU MAKE VEGAN?

      No, sorry! All our cakes & desserts contain eggs, milk and butter and we are unable to substitute these ingredients in our recipes.

      For other dietary requirements (Nut, Gluten & Dairy Free) we will try our best to accommodate your requests. However sometimes it is just not possible.
