Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: As soon as you can! All of our cakes are made to order. 4 days’ notice is required for celebration & wedding cakes. 2 days’ notice is required for desserts & macarons – unless we are FULLY BOOKED.
Q: I've left my cake to the last minute and the website says you are already booked out! Is there any chance you can squeeze my order in?
A: We might be able to! Call us on (02) 6931 7777 and see if we can help!
Q: Can you write a personalised message on my cake?
A: Unfortunately, not. If you would like your cake personalised, we highly recommend purchasing a customised cake topper.
Q: I've seen a cake on your Instagram feed that I really like. Can you make something similar?
A: Our cake collection online is what we are currently offering. If you have seen a style on our Instagram feed you love from the past, we may be able to accommodate your order with an additional customisation fee. Please speak to call our shop to see if we can help.
Q: Can you copy a picture from another cake maker?
A: Yes, please send through a enquiry through Facebook, email kylie@haranspatisserie or phone our store (02) 6931 7777.
Q: Do you make Vegan?
A: No sorry! All our cakes contain eggs, milk and butter and we are unable to substitute these ingredients in our recipes.
Q: How do I place my order online?
A: Orders are placed on our secure online shop with credit card payment.
Fill out our celebration cake order form with as much detail as possible.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
Q: Can you take my order over the phone?
A: Yes, we’d be happy to help you via phone! Call our customer service team on:
Tuesday – Saturday 8am to 4pm
Q: Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
A: Yes, we can change any order if notice is given 48 hours before your pickup date.
Simply email us or phone your order confirmation number and what you would like to change.
We will confirm all updated orders via email.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We can offer a refund or store credit with if you need to cancel your order within 2 days of the delivery date.
Please note if your order is cancelled 48hours within pick up date your order will be nonrefundable.
